1. The service
Valtrio is a web application for managing service orders, schedules, clients, invoices and teams. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping your sign-in email secure and for the data you enter. You must give true information when you sign up.
3. Free trial and payments
New companies get a 14-day free trial. Some trials ask for a card first and charge only after the trial ends. Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
4. When payment stops
If a trial or subscription ends, or a payment fails, the account first shows a warning, then becomes read-only, and is blocked later until paid. Your data is not deleted.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access other companies' data, send spam or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Your data
Your data belongs to you. You can export it. We keep it while your account exists and for a reasonable time afterwards, then delete it on request.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never fail. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes.
